What is Legumia?
Legumia is a vegan food startup based in The Hague, dedicated to making plant-based eating simpler, tastier, and more accessible. Our mission is to show how incredible legumes are—versatile, sustainable, and full of potential.
We start with tofu-style blocks made from lentils, chickpeas, and other beans, crafted with a method inspired by Burmese-style cooking. No soy, no coagulants—just cooked legumes and bold, natural flavor.
And this is only the beginning. Legumia is building a new category of legume-based staples, creating foods that make it easier (and more delicious) to put legumes at the center of the plate.
