What is Legumia?
Legumia is a new vegan food startup based in The Hague, dedicated to making plant-based eating simpler, tastier, and more accessible. We make versatile tofu alternatives and more using only natural ingredients like lentils, chickpeas, and other beans.
Our tofu is made with a method inspired by Burmese-style tofu. No soy, no coagulants, just cooked legumes and bold flavor.
And this is just the beginning! Legumia is building a new category of legume-based staples for the future of plant-based food.
