It's like tofu, but not really. Nofu is a firm, versatile block made with 100% red lentils, making it naturally soy-free, gluten-free, and the perfect addition to your meals.

How to Prep?

Cube, slice, or grate. The options are limitless. For best results, coat your Nofu with cornstarch and your favorite spices just before cooking. This creates an extra-crispy outside that perfectly protects the smooth, soft inside once it hits the heat.

How to Cook?

Air fry, bake, or pan-fry. Anything works! Pro tip: When frying, don't touch the blocks until they're golden; they will naturally release from the pan once that perfect crust is ready.
